About
Juan Gabriel Sáenz is the founder of Edu Labs, an electronic engineer with an MBA, and a longtime builder in Latin American education technology. Over nearly two decades, he has worked across the region designing companies, digital learning ecosystems, and technology-led initiatives for institutions navigating transformation. His work sits at the intersection of education, strategy, entrepreneurship, and applied artificial intelligence, with a consistent focus on how learning systems can become more capable, inclusive, and resilient. Alongside executive and product work, he is pursuing a doctoral-level academic path in artificial intelligence and innovation, bringing technical, managerial, and research perspectives into the same conversation. He is also a father of three, a perspective that deepens his interest in how education, leadership, and technology shape human development over time. He is especially interested in accessibility, sustainability, and the future of knowledge in societies shaped by intelligent tools.
